Angry Urgoz and the Deep

Isn't it time to open these areas up to anyone who wants to go? I couldn't care less about faction/alliances. I do want to try these areas out though. I don't even mind paying for a ferry here, but unfortunately I can't find one. If you want to reward the guilds who hold something or other (however that works) give them free access to them. You can make the requirement to get there, the player has to have finished the game and pay a 1 plat entrance fee (along the lines of ascencion and the fee in ToA). I am in HzH right now with a whopping 4 other people here, I guess I'll have to wait until tonight to see if I can find a ferry...

Just go get a Passage Scroll from the Kurzick Bureaucrat in House zu Heltzer for 1,000 Kurzick Faction.

I think Anet should admit that the whole kurzick/luxon idea failed.

Failed ? Why ?

It keeps people playing for "their" side of the conflict, it's something to do post-campaign-completion (and even PvP wise, keeping yet _another_ group of players warm & fuzzy!) and it brings its own rewards for those interested.

In my view, as long as people actively play to support either (or both) sides, the concept is a success. And they do.

I agree, the faction idea is so last year. Ideally I'd like to be able to purchase a skill in Harvest Temple whenever I want to lol, not wait for the wind to blow in the right direction.

Luckily almost all my chars have befriended both sides, so I can start messing around with my faction amounts (trying to maintain around 10k for each, to cut down on the faction grind).

Until that time, I'll keep my ferry chars in the Deep/Urgoz and not lose faction for both sides by cashing in for a scroll.

Lol. Yeah, this suggestion is about 2 months to late buddy. You CAN get into Urgoz and the Deep without a ferry.

Complain less. Research more.
